Over the years the England football team have fallen at the last hurdle in numerous tournaments often during penalty shootouts. Various managers have brought in psychologists and advisers to overcome this fear of penalties with many now asking the question, doing the football team have a phobia of penalties?

No, they don't have an ANTICIPATORY FEAR of penalties, they're just rubbish at them
